Steve Geiger, President/General Manager & Chief Financial Officer

Steve Geiger is President of All In One Pools, Inc. and has been in business in Brevard county for 20 years  He is an expert in all aspects of pool construction. Steve is very involved in construction and sales for All in One Pools as well as daily management. As a founding member he has worked to build a company that is based on honesty and integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Wendy Geiger, Controller

Wendy Geiger is the Controller and Accounts Manager at All in One Pools.  She handles all the daily finances of All in One Pools for our customers and vendors.  Being a part of All In One Pools family extremely rewarding to Wendy. She enjoys hearing the excitement and enthusiasm that the homeowners have about their new pool project.

Dwayne Geiger, Operations Manager

Dwayne Geiger was raised in Merritt Island, Florida and attended Merritt Island High School and Brevard Community College. His 30 year career in construction and mechanical engineering includes installing mechanical systems for various contractors throughout Brevard. For 15 years, Dwayne performed operation & maintenance on mechanical systems located at Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.

As Operations Manager for All in One Pools, Dwayne oversees all aspects of construction and daily operations. He takes pride in the family owned business and enjoys the many rewards and challenges of the custom pool building business.

Dwayne’s spare time interests include fishing and computers.

Karen Etheridge, Administrative/Construction Coordinator

Karen moved to Brevard County in 1977 from New Jersey where she was born and raised.  She designed and built two homes and a pool as an owner/builder on Merritt Island where she resides with her two daughters.  She has been Construction Coordinator at All in One Pools for five years and enjoys working with the All In One Pools family.

“One of the most satisfying parts of my job at All in One Pools is to help the homeowner with color selections for their tile, plaster, and deck so their custom pool will enhance their home and garden,” stated Karen.
